For fifty years, Caroni Spa has been writing its own
history with the hallmark of innovation in tradition.
The Company, founded by Stefano Caroni in 1954, soon
progressed from simple job shop machining to the production of components
for leading automotive industries, commercial vehicles, agricultural
and construction machinery.
Component production was subsequently flanked by the
construction of tooling and dies for cold metal working and the
design and production of agricultural machinery for landscaped areas
and tending of the ground.
Three different areas of specialization, complementary
and synergetic with each other, united under the banner of unswerving
quality, considered indispensable by Caroni. All attentively-considered
decisions backed by firmly-entrenched know-how and supported by
far-reaching investments in human resources and technology in order
to cater promptly to fast-moving market conditions.
A Company with a surface area of around 24,000 sq.
m, with some hundred employees - mostly highly skilled- for an annual
turnover of more than 12 million euros, 5% of which is channeled
into research and innovation.
